WHAT'S UP: Start with a chill & centering moment before slowly turning up the heat! Explore pelvic alignment, breath and foundational positions such as table top and torso curl. Warm up the hip joints and wake up the core! Progress into deeper core work - try a version of teaser! Bridging to fire up the glutes and core and some side lying leg moves such as clamming. Seated and kneeling weighted arms. Hands and knees for full body moves leading into a plank series. Stand for piles, squats and a bit of balance work. End with a brief slide plank flow, stretch and finally a full body rest!
