WHAT'S UP: Great class for when you want to work out but you also want to chill haha! Pop your 1lb balas on if you want! We start with a slow & stretchy warm up and activation on the mat for the first third of class. Then we do our plies, leg and ab work on your back followed by full body things. We finish with all 4's glute work, more abs and some plank practice. And then stretch! DEFINITELY play the playlist along- it makes it so fun!!
