WHAT'S UP: Seated spinal mobility warmup! Bridging for the glutes! Ankle weights on for an abs series! Legs and glutes with ankle weights! Nice side body opening moment! Forearm plank with side dips and down dog! Weighted arm work kneeling to standing! Single leg balance moment! Plank time! Finish back on the floor with a mermaid variation and an extended stretch! Goal is to feel better than when you began! Practice makes better!
