WHAT'S UP: This one is for those days your body says "Slow the f*** down," but you KNOW moving will help! A chill pace does not mean easy. This class allows you to feel and think about how you're moving. Your abs, arms and butt get a workout and your energy will improve! Add some ankle weights for the entire class if your bod is asking for more intensity. We will do some planks, an extended glute/leg sesh, abs (that sneak up on you) and seated arms. Add this one to your favorites and come back to it when your draggin'.
