WHAT'S UP: Full body warm up straight into standing arm work with bala bangles and 3lbs weights. Low impact, HIIT/LIIT series number 1 = Grab sliders or anything that slides for some sneaky core work along with some chill cardio. Get loose, move those hips and then find your balance. Grab a heavier weight (Bala ring!) for some overhead reaches...length + strength! HIIT/LIIT 2 = more core (hello obliques!), planks/side planks and a chill jog/dance it out! Finish with some bridging with your Bala ring/ heavier weight. Your arms and glutes get a moment before a brief stretch. YOU DID IT!
