WHAT'S UP: Pilatecize with me! Easy to follow cardio fun. We start with a standing, dance-inspired warm up, lunges and straight into a cardio burst. Then arms arms arms with 3lb weights. Then a plank rest and more bouncy cardio. Last bit is weighted glute work on all 4s and a cardio burst to finish up! Whew! Feel good vibes!
