This one is for those of us who spend time hunched over screens and have upper back/shoulder tension! Follow along for some targeted stretches and mobility/strengthening exercises for the upper back and shoulder area. Strengthening the upper back helps us stand taller and relieves tension from the neck all the way down into the lower back. Reminder to pay attention to the feels and back away if any moves don't feel good yet! Slow and steady!
