Neck stretches, seated spinal mobility, and a reclined stretch for your legs at all the angles. Use this quick 10 minute stretch as your morning routine to wake up your body or as a cool down after your workout! Grab a yoga strap or a regular human belt for the leg stretches. Remember to keep breathing, nice 'n easy, and really reach through your arms and legs, like you are yawning!
