Modern mat takes us through some cool moves on the floor. That's right, that dumb pilates joke about "at least we're laying down," is applicable here. Grab a mat and some bala bangles or ankle weights and join me for some strengthening and lengthening! We'll do some active stretching, mobility, ab work, leg work, glute work. Honestly, it feels great and you'll get a nice little workout. *Vocal instruction
