WHAT'S UP: Warm up with dance class-ish moves to Johann Sebastian Bach straight into a low impact cardio warm up. Let your hips move! Chill standing weighted arms with plies or whatever you feel like doing with your feet...just don't stand still! LIIT #1- Bear/plank fun, on your back for some abs and standing for some skaters! Standing balance stuff for core and legs before LIIT #2! Get ready for oblique targeted planks, more oblique abdominals and then some (sneaky) triceps. Down to the mat for some butt stuff and STRETCH!
