WHAT'S UP: Full body warm up followed by planks and a low impact cardio moment! Classic ab series x 2! Quick standing side steps with the band! Standing weighted arms with some balance thrown in for fun! Down to the mat for weighted roll ups! Straight into bridging for the buns! Bala on the ankles for legs/glutes! A few more planks and you're back down on the mat for some yummy stretching and P.E. is done...NO SWEAT!
