WHAT'S UP: Tis' the season to feel stronger and calmer! Start by warming up the spine, shoulders and hips. Focused core work leads into combo arm and hip opening moves. Glute section includes side lying legs and plenty of bridging! Oblique focused planks and side plank prep with some added rotation for extra opening of the side body. Quick standing balance moves help keep us nimble! Final hands and knees section to release back tension. Finish with a full body relaxation before moving on to the rest of your day!
