WHAT'S UP: Chill cardio moments and lots of glutes and abs! This one is light on the planks!! Full body warm up with a prance around your room. Squats and curtseys with the band. Bridges with the bala ring (any heavier weight will do) and abs on your back. Weighted glute series and arms with the ring. Mountain climbers for the cardio burst and more abs! Quick stretch at the end and you are DONE!
