WHAT'S UP: Full body warm up straight into some low impact cardio. Plies with the bala ring (or any weight), deep squats to plank and then crawling back and forth (lol)! Grab your ball and challenge your balance and coordination while working your abs and arms. Good ol' standing weighted arms straight into butts and abs with the ball! Finish with a nice release moment. Change your mood with movement!
