WHAT'S UP: This one has balance challenges throughout! Start with a full body warm up with unilateral balance and a light jog. Planks focusing in on abs into no-jump jacks (feel free to do classic jumping jacks)! Extended weighted arms (more balance) and some arms on your back! Ankle weights on for more abs and glutes and then STRETCH! Yay for P.E.!
