WHAT'S UP: Full body warm up followed by planks and a "pretend you have jump rope" chill cardio moment. Shoulder mobility and upper back strengthening with the long band. Standing weighted arms with curtseys for legs and glutes. 2 min of step ups (low impact sneaky cardio) with some balance in between sets. Abs with the loop band and some side lying glutes. Finish with some feel good stretches. You are AWESOME!

GEAR recommended: Long stretchy band, 3lb weights, loop band, box/chair/step (something secure and not too high)
