WHAT'S UP: Wear sneakers b/c we've got cardio interspersed throughout! (we love it!) We warm up with a little jog and some mobility moves. Then plies & lunges with hand weights, more cardio, arms with weights, more cardio, then glute stuff with the weights AND the band! We finish with lunges and a nice stretch! DEFINITELY play the playlist along- it makes it so fun!!

P.E. is an athletic mat class with all the moves for your arms, abs, and butt. Challenging, progressive and fun. Will always include great tunes. You might see some chill cardio bursts to up your heart rate and mood.
