WHAT'S UP: This Shape class uses the squishy ball to help us connect to the core and release tension. Slow, deliberate moves for glute, core, and arm strength. Finish with a stretch for the low back and hip flexors.

WHAT'S UP: Start with a full body warmup (spine, hips, legs)! Glutes, abs and plank with the ball. Extended arm series with light weights. Side lying legs moves for inner thighs and glutes! Finish with extension and some balance! Feel Good!
