Six minutes of core! This pop starts with a brief warm up, followed by the classic 'series of 5' abdominal exercises. Low reps doesn't mean the work isn't happening! Take it slow and try to flow from one exercise into the next. Practice forearm plank for a little extra ab work & finish with spinal extension to balance it all out. This series is one you can rely on again and again. Try to repeat the series once you have it down!
