WHAT'S UP: Seated spinal mobility warm up (save this section for a work break at your desk), plies, squats and seated arms! HIIT/LIIT 1: jumping jacks, planks and abs with hand weights! Some standing, sculpting arm moves and curtsies (watch me work out right vs left lol). HIIT/LIIT 2: chill skaters (single leg weight transfer), burbees (kinda), abs with leg beats! Bridging for the glutes and stretch!
