WHAT'S UP: This class starts with a ballet-ish warm up including pliés and standing single leg moves to build lateral stability. Seated arm work with some added squats and 2 HIIT/LIIT sections. A nice balance of stretch and strength in this class. Grab a stable chair and let's move!
