WHAT'S UP: Full body warm up followed by a gentle jog and some standing arms with the loop band & hand weights. Planks a plenty- plank to standing (hello low impact cardio), side planks and forearm planks! Weights on the ankles and hand weights for core + arm combo moves. Butt stuff with ankle weights. Standing side kicks for balance/cardio and back down to the mat for bridging and more abs! Finish on your stomach with some cobra (extension) to balance out that abdominal work!
