WHAT'S UP: Warm up with hip mobility, get moving with an arm song and a cardio song. Heat it up using a Bala Ring for the strength section! (Use a single heavy-ish weight around 10lbs if you don't have a Ring). An ab move, a butt move, then stretch it out.

P.E. is an athletic mat class with all the moves for your arms, abs, and butt. Challenging, progressive and fun. Will always include great tunes. You might see some chill cardio bursts to up your heart rate and mood.

WHAT'S UP: Low impact cardio warm up, planks, abs and glutes with the ball, weighted arms with 5lb weights (add more or less lbs!), more abs, standing balance/lateral stability work, side lying glute moves and some full body stretches to finish. We did P.E. !! xoxo

WHAT'S UP: Warmup, standing arms + more standing arms! Cardio song, then hit the mat for a bunch of abs. The butt sequence this month is a real burner, so get pumped. Quick stretch at the end - do some more hip stretches if you need!
