Claim some wall space and use it! Warm up the shoulders and release the front of your chest (tight from time on screens?). Add some arm weights for squats and chill arm work. Bridging with your feet on the wall to wake up the glutes. Standing push ups and some abdominal work with legs up the wall. Easy peasy:)
