Grab your rebounder (or jump on the floor with supportive sneakers) and follow along for a quick (and sweaty) workout with Stella. Have a pair of 3lb bala bars or weights handy as well! We're making moves like jacks, arabesques, kicks and twists! Stay engaged from your center and have fun!
