More ballet combos with Sarah! This time, let's add in Bala Bangles for more arm challenge. Work on your port de bra, pliés, tendus, & pas de bourées. This one has a longer adagio & some small jumps! If you have done ballet before, this will be a fun throwback! If you are new to the moves, take it slow and *repeat.* It will all get more familiar!
