Join me for an almost 12-minute standing leg workout! We do plies, calf raises, single leg plies, wide plie squats, inner thigh work, balance work, etc, etc, etc! It's fun and it flies by! You may feel some feelings at certain points so be sure to listen to your body and take breaks when you want! Put your 1lb or 2lb Bala Bangles on your ankles for an extra challenge! Totally chill to do this without weights too!
