WHAT'S UP: We start with opening up through your upper body, then warming up the lower with plies, squats and reverse lunges and some balance work. Continuing on with a dance-y feeling standing ab & curtsy series. Then 3lb arms and some HIIT to get your cardio on. Then there's fun follow along dance cardio, another HIIT section and some active all 4's glute work! DEFINITELY play the playlist along- it make it so fun!! I love this class! Let's go!
