GEAR recommended: Foam roller, 1/2 dome (rolled up towel, Yoga Tune Up balls, 5-10lbs weights, 2lbs bala bangles (ankle weights)
Shape mat class works your whole body from the inside-out. Though there’s no cardio, expect some balance challenges and sweat from deep work while you shape your bod!
