Quick little things you can do during long periods of time at the desk: Change position throughout your workday (standing zone for the 'puter, floor sitting zone, even a leaning-over-an-ottoman zone) and stand up and BOUNCE around - just one favorite dance jam worth of bouncing/swaying/whatever! Could you have dance breaks at least 3x during your work day? I mean, "Sorry, excuse me, Zoom Meeting, it's time for my dance break, be back in 3.5 minutes after this Katy Perry moment."
Flowy Stretch and Work Break are WAY helpful. I do Flowy Stretch at night but maybe I’m getting that backward — will try the AM
