I’m feeling the POP! Would you add a POP Stretch? I tend to dive right in cold and could use some guidance with warm up 🙏

I love the dance POPs! Especially while wearing Bala Bangles...really makes you feel things. The Bala Ring POP rules, too. I'd love more of those or even for the ring to be incorporated into the regular practice videos. This might be out there, but having music themed Dance POPs could be cool - like Thrash Metal Dance Pop, Italo Disco Dance Pop, Kate Bush Dance Pop....so many possibilities. I'm really loving this subscription and look forward to trying different videos. Thanks for being wonderful!!

i really am loving the dance pops :) but we know this! I like the idea of wearing balas because who says that 20 min of fun cant be work.

Butt pops are great before a run. Nasty abs are great for after. I love the full body pop to add onto a 31 minute class. I cannot WAIT to do the stretch one. Will plan that after the 31 minute classes this week!! Also, keep meaning to try arms... so many choices! <3

I wanted a mellow workout today. My arm is still sore from my vax yesterday (YIPPEE). So, I did the new core band workout with Sarah. It burrrrneed in a good way. Did the clams and stuff with Adeline. Was perfect. And the flowy stretch to top it off and now I feel all emotional. xxoo
