Hey y'all, Stella here! Got a question about how to use the Full Body Daily, so wanted to share my response with the community. Here ya go!
This one is a solid one for if you don't have time for more than about 15 minutes! It's got a walkout plank warmup, then plies, split squats, planks and push ups!
BUT I do think it would be an excellent warm up for Pilatecize! Or any of the practice classes really. OR you could stack this with some other pops to create a longer workout.
